1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the online booking of zipline activities offered on Tyrovol.com through the WooCommerce platform.

2. Nature of the service

The products available are zipline courses that can be booked for a specific date and time. These are leisure services provided on a fixed date, and
in accordance with EU law (L221-28), the right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. Booking and confirmation

All bookings made through the website are final and binding. A confirmation email is sent automatically and serves as proof of purchase. It must be shown on the day of the activity (printed or on your smartphone). A valid ID may be requested.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are accepted at the customer’s request, unless exceptionally approved by Tyrovol.
If Tyrovol must cancel (due to extreme weather, technical issues, or safety reasons), the customer will be offered:

  • to reschedule to another available time slot,
  • or to receive a full refund.

5. Late arrival or no-show

In case of late arrival or no-show, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

6. Access conditions and safety

Participants must meet the access criteria listed on the website (age, weight, height, etc.) and follow all safety instructions provided by the team. Tyrovol reserves the right to deny access to any person deemed unfit to participate, without compensation.

8. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to use a free consumer mediation service in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved directly with the operator.

Tyrovol is a member of the Syndicat des Loisirs Actifs (SLA), which provides its members with access to the following service:

Before contacting the mediator, the customer must first send a written complaint to Tyrovol and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

9. Telephone Solicitation Opt-Out (Bloctel)

In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is informed that they may freely register on the national “Bloctel” list to opt out of telephone solicitation.
Registration can be made via the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
This registration prevents companies with which the customer has no ongoing contractual relationship from making marketing calls.
